We have a dedicated recruitment team within the UK based out of our offices in Berkeley Square House, London who undertake a range of recruitment activities for customer organisation in both Health and Social Care.
The team has the capacity, experience and skills to recruit for small or large projects for both private and NHS customers across a range of professional roles, including Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Pharmacists, Dentists and Doctors.
We provide staff as either agency staff for short term support for gaps in rosters, long term absences (including maternity leave) or undertake a full recruitment campaign on behalf of the contracting organisation.
For a major recruitment project can undertake the complete service from creation of the campaign, marketing/advertising, initial selection, through to interview using professional clinicians and vetting in line with the NHS Employment Check Standards or a subset there of.
We will work with the commissioner at every point of the recruitment pathway to ensure there is effective communication and that the project is within scope, costing and on time. In this way we ensure you professional service and staff to fulfil your professional roles.
